You are always in control of your data. You can delete your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Delete from the app
Sign in and go to Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing DELETE.
When you confirm, we delete or anonymize your account data, including: medication profiles, dose logs, daily check-ins, progress photos, doctor notes, and your account. You will be signed out after deletion.
Export your data first
Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from Settings → Legal & Privacy → Export My Data.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access your account, email support@doselily.com from the email on file. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
What we keep
We may keep limited records required by law (for example, payment records). We do not keep your wellness tracking data after deletion.
