Plans
DoseLily offers a free plan with a limited recent history, and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited history, weekly summaries, doctor report exports, and other features described in the app.
Billing
Premium is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. The current price is shown at checkout.
Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Premium page in the app. After cancellation, you keep access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
Plan changes
If you switch plans, the change takes effect immediately and is prorated according to standard payment-processor rules.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@doselily.com.
Price changes
We may change prices going forward. We'll notify you before any change affects your subscription.
